Streamlining

At a recent meeting, the Nominating Committee decided to:

1. Clarify BOD titles so that from now on, there will be the Executive Committee—made up of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Branch Representative—and BOD members with no designations for Advisor or At-Large members.
   
2. Designate the Vice President as next in line for the Presidency.
   

Along these lines, the BOD has also decided to create a new Advisory Council which would be an adjunct—without voting rights—to the Board. Members have yet to be chosen.
