North Shore Outdoor Circle

The North Shore Outdoor Circle was founded as a branch in 1987. We are located on Oahu's beautiful, yet relatively rural North Shore. Unbeknownst to many residents, our predecessor organization was the Waialua Outdoor Circle established in 1952.
Our North Shore community is well known for winter surf, surfing contests, fishing, snorkeling, and watching sea life such as whales, turtles and monk seals. The NSOC has initiated and completed various beautification projects, two examples are, Ke Ala Pupukea, a 3.5-mile bike path at Sunset Beach, and Weed Circle, at the entrance to Hale‘iwa Town. We continue to look for projects and partner with other community groups.
