 The Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle Learning to Grow Program at WCCC in Kailua, has embarked on a new project! They are now selling their home grown hydroponic lettuce at Foodland stores in Kailua, Beretania, Market City and Aina Haina. We hope you will consider purchasing this organically grown lettuce the next time you shop at Foodland. All proceeds go to strengthen the program, which since 1999 has been enriching the lives of women at the facility. The program also gives certified horticultural training to the women there, and a percentage of profits to a women's shelter in Kailua.
