You do not have to be a member of The Outdoor Circle to attend.
If you wish to attend the meeting only it will begin around 1:00 pm.

Reservations must be received by AUGUST 20, 2026.

Annual Meeting

At the annual meeting we will elect and install a new Board of Directors, and honor our longtime supporters.

Our guest speaker, Navin Tagore — Community Forestry Program Manager with the City and County of Honolulu, Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Urban Forestry —  will give a talk titled, "Kuleana is a Kākou Thing."

​The Community Forestry Program works to increase tree canopy across Oʻahu communities through community education and by facilitating shared stewardship. Navin’s background is in sustainability academic programming at the University of Hawaiʻi System Office of Sustainability. He has experience as a mahiʻai and compost manager and serves as a steward at Loko Iʻa Pāʻaiau, as well as being an ISA Certified Arborist.

Dr. Myles Ritchie, TOC Programs Director, will then give a presentation on programs and projects The Outdoor Circle has accomplished over the last year.

From H-1 East:
Take Exit 21A - Pali Highway.
Turn left onto County Club Road.
Go 4/10 of a mile onto the club grounds.
The entrance to the club will be on your right under the porte cochère.
Continue through the porte cochère, driving through the members parking lot to the lower guest parking lot.

From H-1 West:
Take Exit 21B - Pali Highway.
Turn left onto County Club Road.
Go 4/10 of a mile onto the club grounds.
The entrance to the club will be on your right under the porte cochère.
Continue through the porte cochère, driving through the members parking lot to the lower guest parking lot.

From the Windward Side:
Take Pali Highway.
Turn right onto Country Club Road.
​Go 4/10 of a mile onto the club grounds.
The entrance to the club will be on your right under the porte cochère.
Continue through the porte cochère, driving through the members parking lot to the lower guest parking lot.

PARKING
Free parking is available in the guest parking lot, the lower lot (see map below). Please do not park in the upper parking lot unless you are an Oahu Country Club member.

MOBILITY ASSISTANCE
For those with mobility issues, there is a drop-off area under the porte cochère right by the door to the club. Please have your driver park in the guest parking area once you have been dropped off. There are also handicap parking spaces near the porte cochère.
PARKING MAP
Directions to the Meeting Room in the Thayer Suites.
When you enter the club, the check-in table will be located in the lobby when you come up the steps.
We will be meeting in the Thayer Suites, which are located directly down the hallway to the left.
​PLEASE NOTE: This is a different meeting room than in past years.

For anyone with mobility issues, there is a lift just to the right of the stairs in the lobby.
It is self-service but please alert the Oahu Country Club staff if you would like assistance.
