2018 Annual Meeting

No-host lunch: $30 per person

Registration Opens 11:30 am  |  Luncheon  12:00 pm  |  Annual Meeting  1:00 pm


You do not have to be a member of The Outdoor Circle to attend the luncheon or the meeting.
If you wish to attend the meeting only it will begin at 1:00 pm.


You may make your reservation and payment for the luncheon by

included with your proxy statement or download the reservation by mail form below.

Seating is limited. Reservations and payment must be received by August 17, 2018.

Annual Meeting

At the annual meeting we will elect and install a new Board of Directors, as well as honor our longtime supporters. ​

Myles Ritchie, TOC Programs Director, will present an overview of some TOC's accomplishments from the last year.

Our guest speaker will be Professor Camilo Mora, Associate Professor, University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, Department of Geography and Environment, who will give a talk about environmental and sustainability issues.

From H-1 East:
Take Exit 23 (Punahou Street). Turn right onto Punahou Street.
Take a right on Beretania Street. Turn left on Kalakaua Avenue heading into Waikiki.
​Turn right onto Ala Moana Blvd.

Turn left onto Kalia Road. 
Follow Kalia Road, the hotel will be on the right. The parking structure will be across the street on the left, the entrance to the lot is off of Maluhia Road.

From H-1 West:
Take Exit 25B (Kapiolani Blvd.). Take Kapiolani Blvd., turning left on McCully Street.
Turn right onto Ala Wai Blvd. and immediately turn left onto Kalakaua Avenue.
​Turn right onto Ala Moana Blvd.
Turn left onto Kalia Road.
Follow Kalia Road, the hotel will be on the right. The parking structure will be across the street on the left, the entrance to the lot is off of Maluhia Road.
​
PARKING: 
The hotel's parking garage is located across the street from the hotel, a five minute walk.
Validated parking for 10 hours will be available for $6.
​Please be sure to bring your parking card with you for validation.

For those with mobility issues, or those who do not wish to walk from the hotel parking lot, there is a drop-off area in the porte cochére in front of the hotel.

Directions to the Kalia Room at the Hale Koa Hotel
When you enter the hotel lobby, walk down the corridor past the hotel reception desk.
Keep walking towards the back of the hotel.
Turn left just before you come to the grand staircase and walk through the hallway that takes you past the elevators.
The Kalia Rooms are straight ahead. Look for The Outdoor Circle sign outside the doors.
