City and County of Honolulu Environmental Concern Line:

To report illegal dumping or non-point pollution; volunteer for environmental projects or to get information on recycling, household hazardous wastes and bulky item pick-up.

City and County of Honolulu Mayor’s Complaint Line:

Can assist in having the appropriate department respond to concerns and complaints from the public on matters that fall under the jurisdiction of the City and County of Honolulu.

City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting:

Investigates complaints about potentially illegal signs. Provides services and information on building and sign permits, development projects, and planning activities for the City and County of Honolulu.

For most problems regarding state-owned roads and highways.
