Waikoloa Village Outdoor Circle, chartered on May 14, 1998, is one of 13 branches of The Outdoor Circle, a state-wide organization formed in the early 1900’s to rid Hawaii of billboards. “Clean, green and beautiful” is our mantra.
The initial goal of the WVOC was to landscape the Waikoloa Road median strip. Five years, hundreds of volunteer hours and $70,000 turned weeds and trash into a beautiful garden, encouraging tourism and radically increasing real-estate values.
WVOC undertakes several very successful fundraisers throughout the year in order to engage in the conservation and beautification of Waikoloa Village.
