Kauai Outdoor Circle
- Do you look around you at flourishing trees in parks and roadsides and realize that many were planted by The Kauai Outdoor Circle?
- Do you wish that beautiful large trees could be saved when they are “in the way” of construction?
- Do you know that there is an Arborist Committee to help with tree perils and feel relief that The Kauai Outdoor Circle is represented on this? and know that the Exceptional Tree Ordinance originated on Kauai?
- Do you support the periodic workshops for care and maintenance of our island trees by County, State, DOE and the public which are sponsored by The Kauai Outdoor Circle, with other groups?
- Are you glad that Kauai recycles — and remember that The Outdoor Circle started recycling in Hawaii?
- Are you concerned about so many signs temporary signs that seem to be permanently displayed? and wonder what to do about this?
- Do you know that The Kauai Outdoor Circle has won awards for National Make a Difference Day and National Arbor Day? — and wish you could belong to such an organization?
- Do you want to add your energy to a like-minded group whose goal is to preserve and enhance the beauty of Kauai?
You are hereby cordially invited to join The Kauai Outdoor Circle.
*Meetings are the third Thursday of each month at noon at the Conference Room at Kauai Nursery and Landscaping in Puhi.
